Food is great and realise it’s a busy place but a smile and an acknowledgement from counter staff would be great.

Frequent customer, food is usually to a high standard. Burger last 3 times has been burnt, last one was REALLY burnt. Looked, smelt, tasted burnt.

Mum loved her haggis as always. Baked potato was lovely but sweetcorn was inedible and tasted of nail varnish remover, luckily was on top and could take off. May seem strange I've given good for food but this has been the only meal over years of great food perfectly cooked and the sweetcorn spooned on had clearly just gone off wasn't an issue with cooked items.
